- Go trough old stuff, throw away everything you never wear/use.
- Mop/dust/vacuum/scrub anything,. The harder you work, the more cals you’ll burn!
- Hobby’s (i.e. painting)
- Practice or learn to play a music instrument
- Go shopping, you’ll burn cals walking
- Go out for a drink (low cal of course!)
- Go trough old photo albums
- Make jewellry
- Read a book!
- Have a beauty day! or go to the spa!
- Have an extra shower
- Take a very long bubble bath
- Give yourself a mani/pedicure
- Brush your teeth
- Whiten your teeth
- Eat chewing gum/ drink water
- Detox!
- Put on very beautiful make-up and lipstick
- Thinspiration
- Go on tumblr
- Make an ana video/poster/collage/drawing/poem/story/website.. anything!
- Think of all the things you’d like to eat, and think of how many calories that are… and how many lbs!
