My name is Ella and this is my thinspo blog. I'm 17 years old and live in Ontario.The purpose of this blog is to give support to myself, as well as anyone out there who is trying to lose weight. Anti-Binge Tips

  • Cleaning
  • Make your bed
  • Do laundry
  • Do other people’s laundry
  • Organize your clothes 
  • Go trough old stuff, throw away everything you never wear/use.
  • Mop/dust/vacuum/scrub anything,. The harder you work, the more cals you’ll burn! 
  • Hobby’s (i.e. painting)
  • Practice or learn to play a music instrument
  • Go shopping, you’ll burn cals walking
  • Go out for a drink (low cal of course!)
  • Go trough old photo albums
  • Make jewellry
  • Read a book!
  • Have a beauty day! or go to the spa!
  • Have an extra shower
  • Take a very long bubble bath
  • Give yourself a mani/pedicure
  • Brush your teeth
  • Whiten your teeth
  • Eat chewing gum/ drink water
  • Detox!
  • Put on very beautiful make-up and lipstick
  • Thinspiration
  • Go on tumblr
  • Make an ana video/poster/collage/drawing/poem/story/website.. anything!
  • Think of all the things you’d like to eat, and think of how many calories that are… and how many lbs!
